The hotel offers excellently appointed rooms with everything you need. The pool and gym are a nice bonus, but some kitchen tools like spoons, forks, knives, coffee cups, and glasses were lacking after three days, notwithstanding the Internet issue.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel located in the middle of an out of town shopping center next to the main road into Valencia. The rooms were very bright, excellently appointed with everything you need, and having a pool and gym was a nice bonus. However, the service was a bit inconsistent in terms of friendliness. The location is convenient but a little far from the city center. The dining experience could have been better with healthier options available. Overall, a good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was really pleasant. The rooms were spacious, even though they had a slightly dated look. They had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a huge open-air patio which I found very smart and spacious. The room was very well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, especially with the cooking and eating utensils provided. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and suggesting a local area for me to enjoy an authentic paella experience. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, perfect for anyone who enjoys shopping areas. The dining experience was excellent, with a good selection of food, especially during busy times. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
